Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Execution and management of daily business operations:

  • Manage all tasks related to digital advertising, communications and field visits, ensuring the quality of performance and monitoring results to achieve the set objectives.
  • Personally supervise the daily morning meetings as well as the weekly meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with discipline and the application of internal regulations, review the main objectives and ensure follow-up on pending tasks for each team member.
  • Request quick updates from each team member and propose solutions to daily challenges (communication officers and field agents).

Customer relationship management:

  • Develop and expand the potential customer base while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide detailed reports on market performance and customer needs.

Preparation of reports and statistics:

  • Supervise the drafting of statistical reports relating to commercial activities, analyze the challenges encountered and propose solutions.
  • Follow sales at every stage of the process, personally supervise negotiations with clients and ensure the successful completion of transactions.
  • Formulate proposals to improve business processes based on market analyses.
  • Provide recommendations to management in case of problems or delays in operations.

Coordination with the marketing manager:

  • Work closely with the marketing manager regarding content, advertising campaigns, results analysis and implementation of corrective actions to improve performance.
  • My proficiency with office tools and CRM
  • French and English preferred.
