Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop the customer portfolio.
- Supervise, train and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor business performance and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in negotiations with major accounts and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with the company's various departments.
- Ensure that objectives are met.
- Make regular reports to general management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bac+3 in commerce, marketing or management.
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the agri-food sector.
- Excellent management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the national market and distribution channels.
- Sense of leadership, organization and performance.
