Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Be the intermediary between the sales force in the field and the sales manager.
- Optimize the company's sales by proposing different product/service development strategies, setting achievable objectives and managing the sedentary sales representatives in a given geographical area or on a defined product line.
- Manage your time between the sale of products/services and the management of your team.
- Recruit field sales representatives attached to their geographical area or their product line, train them and motivate them.
- The sales manager works daily with the marketing department and the general management to achieve the sales objectives set.
- He therefore has the dual role of manager and salesperson. As a result, he must be an excellent leader, demonstrating listening skills and dynamism.
- His relational qualities allow him to establish a lasting link with his partners and his clients.
- The sales manager is directly affiliated with the management.
- Be on the move and thus have a company vehicle.
- His permanent mobility and his sales imperatives require him to be resistant to pressure.
Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the company, its internal functioning (processes, sales methods, tools) and its positioning.
- Manage stocks.
- A fine understanding of the product or service sold and its competitive advantages.
Commercial Temperament:
- Force of conviction, assertiveness and leadership to encourage its customers to sign the contract and to motivate its sales representatives.
- Sense of initiative, proactivity and autonomy.
- Sense of negotiation.
- Natural winner, has the knack, spirit of conquest.

- Social ease and ability to create links with its customers and sales representatives.
- Active listening and a desire to understand in order to find solutions.
