Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Algiers, Algeria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Create and present compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Baccalaureate in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a similar sector
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Knowledge of the local market of Algiers and the surrounding regions is an asset.
- Mastery of English; other languages (e.g., Arabic or French) is an asset.
