Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Management and leadership of the sales team
- To supervise, organize and lead the sales and reception team
- Set sales targets and monitor their progress
- Supporting teams (training, coaching, skills development)
- Establish a results-oriented culture and customer satisfaction
- Business development
- To increase revenue (catering, events, private hire)
- Prospecting for new clients (businesses, individuals, event agencies)
- D. Develop partnerships (hotels, agencies, local businesses)
- Implement targeted sales actions (offers, packages, promotions)
- Ensuring customer loyalty
- Business and marketing strategy
- Define and deploy a commercial strategy adapted to Dar Errais' positioning
- Participate in defining the offers (menus, events, experiences)
- Analyze the local market (Sidi Fredj, Algiers) and the competition
- Propose avenues for innovation to improve attractiveness
- Event Management
- Marketing event services (weddings, seminars, parties)
- Provide customer support from initial contact to completion.
- Coordinate with operational teams to guarantee quality of service
- Performance management
- Monitor key indicators (revenue, occupancy rate, average basket size)
- Implement regular dashboards and reports
- Analyze performance and adjust sales actions
- Proven experience in a sales role (ideally in catering, hospitality or events)
- Experience in team management
- Training in business, management or equivalent
