Roles & Responsibilities
About Us:
We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive growth in the Azerbaijani market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of property consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Business Development & Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth investors, developers, and corporate partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Sales Operations & Market Analysis:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure the team utilizes CRM systems and digital tools effectively to manage pipelines and client interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
- In-depth knowledge of Azerbaijan’s real estate market, particularly in Baku.
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani; Russian is a strong plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
