We re looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing organization and drive strategic growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role in FMCG.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
