Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in access control, biometric, CCTV, and related security solutions.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-achieving culture.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.

Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing responsive support and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report regularly to senior management on progress and challenges.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and quality management systems throughout the sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years proven experience in sales management, preferably within the security solutions, access control, or technology sectors.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

In-depth understanding of access control, CCTV, biometric devices, and related technologies.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
