Roles & Responsibilities

Egytrade is a leading provider of integrated supermarket solutions, specializing in cooling solutions, display equipment, shelving systems, trolleys, and complete supermarket design and fit-out. We are looking for an experienced Domestic Sales Manager to lead and grow our local sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing key accounts, and expanding Egytrade s presence in the Egyptian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute domestic sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee key accounts, negotiations, and major contracts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Represent Egytrade in meetings, exhibitions, and client presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in supermarket equipment, retail solutions or B2B projects is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
