Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.br>

Develop and execute business and segment sales strategies.br>

Build, manage, and update sales pipeline with monthly/quarterly follow-ups.br>

Prospect new customers and develop existing accounts (End Users, EPCs, OEMs).br>

Identify new business opportunities (CAPEX & OPEX).br>

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at all customer levels.br>

Represent the company in meetings with consultants, engineering firms, and partners.br>

Generate quality RFQs and improve offer hit rate.br>

Collaborate with application engineers and management to win projects Participate in sector-based sales initiatives.br>

Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.br>

Requirements

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Sales target driven and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering.
  • 7 10 years of proven experience in sales / sales management
  • Experience in selling electric motors & variable speed drives is a plus.
