Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities to pivot strategies as needed.
Oversee the team s use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and pipeline hygiene.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the team has the right collateral, leads, and tools to close deals efficiently.
Step in to assist team members with complex or high-value deal closures.
Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of success (agriculture sector - fresh fruits and vegetables )
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
