Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company s customer base.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Organize and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 year of proven experience in sales management or a related field.
Experience in Ingredients for desserts manufacturing is A MUST
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
