Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, directories, etc.)
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to build and manage prospect lists
  • Draft and personalize outreach emails and follow-up sequences
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with technical team to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and closed deals
  • Track activities and progress using CRM software

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in software or IT services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Understanding of web and mobile application services and ability to explain them to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in targeting SMEs and enterprises, preferably in the GCC or European markets
