Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify & pursue new MEP projects
- Build & manage sales pipeline
- Direct contact with consultants, contractors, developers
- Coordinate with estimation & technical team
- Close deals & handover to operations
- Engineering background (Mechanical preferred)
- Experience in MEP projects & tenders
- Direct interaction with consultants & contractors
- Strong negotiation & closing skillsKPIs:
- Leads generated
- Projects quoted
- Projects awarded
- Conversion rate
- Engineering background (Mechanical preferred)
- Experience in MEP projects & tenders

- Experience in HVAC & Firefighting projects
