Roles & Responsibilities
A sales manager for a major medical supply company with the following specifications is required
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to recruit, train, and develop sales representatives, motivate the team, and evaluate member performance. Strategic Planning: Setting sales targets.
Market analysis: Ability to monitor market and competitor trends and develop flexible sales strategies. Technical skills: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and suite.
Desired Candidate Profile
1, a highly qualified, appropriate, pharmaceutical, medical engineering, veterinary, or science.
2-At least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies, five years as a sales manager.
