Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales planning and forecasting.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up on leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of progressive experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a dynamic office environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
