Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales planning and forecasting.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up on leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of progressive experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
