Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company s customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Adapt quickly to market changes and support the company s business growth objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales of car spare parts
- Strong echnical knowledge/strong> of automotive components.
- Have good experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in team building and leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to market changes.
- Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
