Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary

The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the business-to-business sales of the Holding s subsidiaries (Majaal and Tika), covering both Wholesale Sales and Project Sales channels. This position requires a commercially driven leader who can build and manage sales teams, develop strong relationships with clients (across contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors), and oversee the entire commercial cycle from RFQs and technical submittals to negotiation, project execution, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the Wholesale Sales and Project Sales teams to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for both channels, targeting construction companies, developers, architects, consultants, and distributors.
  • Manage the entire tendering process, including RFQs, technical submittals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with the Technical, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities through market research, data analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain key relationships with strategic clients and partners across Libya and neighboring markets.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts for executive management.
  • Drive cross-selling between Majaal and Tika product lines to maximize portfolio penetration.
  • Represent the group in industry events, tenders, and business delegations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
    (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, within the construction industry
    materials, finishing materials, or building chemicals sectors
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and managing both Wholesale and Project
    Sales accounts
  • Solid knowledge of technical submittals, specifications, and tendering procedures
  • Strong network within the Libyan and regional construction market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as required.

  • Achievement of sales and profit targets by channel (Wholesale / Projects).
  • Growth in key accounts and project pipeline.
  • Quality and accuracy of technical submittals and RFQ responses.
  • Sales team performance, motivation, and retention.
