Sales Manager Belhasa Metal Industries

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets by managing a sales team, building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with production and marketing departments to meet customer needs for fabricated wood and metal products. Key duties include setting sales goals, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, setting objectives and monitoring their performance using tools like CRM and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing insights for product improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends in wood and metal manufacturing.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and ensuring profitability in sales.
• Work with other departments, such as marketing, production, Project team and BMI management , to ensure smooth communication and customer-focused solutions.
• Analyze sales data, market intelligence, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance; conduct coaching, performance reviews, and develop action plans to improve.
• Identify potential clients, manage key accounts, and participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to order fulfilment and after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction
