Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.|


-Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.


-Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.


-Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management.


-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.


-Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.


-Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a Real estate.


-Must have UAE Real Estate Industry Expertise


-Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
