Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design or fit-out. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth for our client company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and close new clients within the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
  • Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors in the UAE fit-out sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in interior design or fit-out .
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai (UAE) .
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and opening new client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
