Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, ensuring targeted revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through regular training and motivational initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market, adjusting tactics accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ex- 10-12 years' work experience in sales in CIS Countries, preferably in hardware, building material segment
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.
- With Russian language knowledge is must.
