Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting European leisure, MICE, and premium group markets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners across Europe
* Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and roadshows in key cities to promote the hotel brand
* Represent voco Hotels at major international trade shows and luxury travel fairs including ITB Berlin and WTM London
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create regional campaigns and tailored promotional materials
* Coordinate with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure competitive pricing and optimized availability for European markets
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market penetration and revenue share
* Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review
* Maintain accurate client data and records through CRM tools and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
* Minimum of 3 5 years experience in hotel or resort sales with a focus on European source markets
* Established network of European travel and corporate contacts
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Russian preferred
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and travel as required
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
