Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and Managing current clientele. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals. Qualifications Experience in Advertising sales, Subscription model, strong acumen to create pipeline and converting into revenue.Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skillsAbility to conduct market research and identify business opportunitiesProficiency in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales performanceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales analytics toolsExperience in the rental industry is a plusBilingual expertise in English/Arabic/Russian is a must.CompensationBased on experience, we offer best in the industry compensation.Best in industry commissiom structureBenefits as per UAE Labour law Note: Please read the job description before applying, candidtaes with non relevant experience will not be considered.
