Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the furniture industry, you play a critical role in driving the company's revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans that not only meet but exceed revenue targets. Your deep understanding of the furniture market, coupled with your management experience, enables you to guide a team of sales professionals toward achieving individual and team goals. This position requires you to engage with clients, understand their furnishing needs, and offer solutions that fit their vision and budget. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage a talented sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. With your leadership, the sales team will be motivated to perform efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall business objectives.


Responsibilities

Requirements
