About the Role

We are seeking a smart, presentable ,dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing sales teams, developing strategies, and achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base • Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth • Ensure excellent customer service and post sales support

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions • Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office • Target driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
