Job Summary

Rosalte is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow the company s sales operations within the FMCG sector.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales performance, expanding distribution channels, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Set sales targets, forecasts, and growth plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
  • Develop action plans to achieve sales and distribution goals

Sales Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations and team performance
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
  • Ensure proper market coverage and product availability

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and field evaluations
  • Set clear objectives and monitor team productivity
  • Identify training and development needs for the sales team
  • Foster a high-performance and results-oriented culture

Distributor & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
  • Negotiate agreements and commercial terms with clients
  • Resolve customer and distributor issues in a professional manner
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and market feedback
  • Ensure strong execution and visibility across sales channels

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews
  • Monitor stock movement and coordinate with supply chain teams
  • Track sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and profitability

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, including team management experience

Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
