Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear B2B sales strategy targeting medium and large companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company s client base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
