Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector including 8 years as a sales manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
