Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Food Company (Pulses, Grains, Seeds, and Herbs)
- Overall Objective of the Position:
- To plan, organize, and direct sales activities to achieve the company s goals in both local and international markets, increase market share, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, while achieving targeted profits within the food sector (Pulses, Grains, Seeds, and Herbs).
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual sales plan and set monthly and quarterly targets for the team.
- Analyze markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities and develop appropriate sales strategies.
- Manage and develop customer and distributor databases, maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Lead and train the sales team on negotiation skills and effective product presentation techniques.
- Monitor the implementation of sales plans and follow up on the field performance of sales representatives.
- Develop pricing policies and promotional offers in coordination with senior management.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales volume, performance, and results compared to set targets.
- Coordinate with inventory and production departments to ensure product availability to meet demand.
- Manage client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with payment and delivery terms.
- Follow up on sales collections and monitor customer balances in coordination with the finance department.
- Represent the company at food exhibitions and trade events to showcase products and build new relationships.
- Propose new products or improvements to existing products based on market and customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in dry food, legumes, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Good knowledge of distribution and marketing mechanisms in local markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems (CRM).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Ability for strategic planning and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
