Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for property sales and marketing.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing and investment teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on team performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Represent Blue Rock at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company s brand and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and property sales processes.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
