Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company s customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Initiate sales and attain the company's sales objectives. Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.
• Executive officers. Pricing and creating quotations for the company's products
• Identifying and cultivating new prospects.
• Making Customer profiles to uncover buyer data and critical issues.
• Maintain client-account manager relationships by up-selling and cross-selling.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
