Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the pre-sale of residential units across multiple real estate projects in Karbala. o Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Team Leadership o Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance. o Establish incentive and commission systems to maximize team productivity.

3. Market Development & Networking o Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in real estate exhibitions. o Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and sales partners in Iraq and other target markets (Iran, GCC countries, Lebanon, etc.). 4. Client Relationship Management o Oversee the full sales cycle from project introduction to contract signing and after-sales services. o Ensure a premium client experience and address the specific needs of investors and pilgrims. 5. Reporting & Analysis o Prepare regular sales performance reports, market trend analysis, competitor insights, and forecasts for senior management. o Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage). • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales management with a proven track record in real estate, property development, or large-scale housing projects. • Knowledge & Skills: o Strong understanding of pre-sale processes in the real estate sector. o In-depth knowledge of the Iraqi housing market, especially Karbala. o Advanced negotiation, deal-closing, and conflict resolution skills. o Proficiency in CRM systems and sales cycle management. o Strong communication skills with multilingual ability: Arabic (mandatory), Farsi (advantage), English (advantage). o Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online sales channels.

3.
