Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for cosmetics and beauty products.

Identify new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, salons, and beauty centers.

Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and trade terms, and maintain strong client relationships.

Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance.

Set sales targets, monitor results, and provide coaching to improve team productivity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store merchandising to enhance brand visibility.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions.

Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and optimize inventory management.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Maintain a results-driven approach focused on achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cosmetics and beauty industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales

Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the cosmetics market and consumer preferences.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
