Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Define and implement the national sales strategy in line with company objectives

Lead, coach, and develop the sales force to achieve and exceed targets

Hold responsibility for sales performance and contribute to profitability planning

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, distributors, and institutions

Coordinate closely with regulatory, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution

Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting

Ensure compliance with Lebanese healthcare regulations and ethical standards

Support product launches and promotional activities

Actively contribute to long-term business development initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong sales background

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role

Strong understanding of the Lebanese healthcare and pharmaceutical market

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Languages: Arabic and English required, French is a plus

Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as needed
