Job description
Location: Libya
Division: Sales and Business Development
Reports To: Director of Sales and Business Development
Position Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team in Libya, setting clear objectives and performance targets to drive business growth.

Market Expansion: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and establish Alkan CIT as a trusted technology partner in Libya.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including technical and operational departments, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Team Development: Mentor and support the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably within the IT or telecommunications sector. Experience in the Libyan market is a plus.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
