Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and margin targets for generators and heavy equipment.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, projects, and key accounts including EPCs, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical and commercial proposals, negotiations, contract finalization, and handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure accurate technical solutions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead and coach the sales team; set KPIs, conduct pipeline reviews, and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare tenders, RFQs, and bid submissions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics; provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.

Product & Market Scope

  • Diesel and gas generators, rental power solutions.
  • Heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, cranes, forklifts, and related machinery.
  • After-sales services, maintenance contracts, spare parts, and extended warranties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, or a related field.

7 12 years of sales experience in generators and/or heavy equipment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of closing large B2B and project-based deals.

Strong understanding of technical specifications, applications, and lifecycle costs.

Experience with tenders, EPC projects, and key account management.

Strategic selling and negotiation at C-suite and procurement levels.

Commercial acumen, pricing strategy, and contract management.

Leadership, team development, and performance management.

CRM proficiency and strong forecasting discipline.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Valid driving license; willingness to travel as required.

Language skills: English and Arabic are required.
