Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our commercial operations in Mohammedia, Morocco. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong customer relationships to ensure the long-term success of our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical sales expertise and demonstrate the determination and drive necessary to achieve ambitious targets in a competitive market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and organizational objectives.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and professional development
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts with key accounts and new clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and personalize sales approaches
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement within the team.
- to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and presentations for management.
- Implement and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or in a senior management position in the commercial field, with a track record of achieving and exceeding objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train sales professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders
- Mastery of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and sales analysis tools
- Advanced skills in negotiation and contract conclusion, with a client-centric approach
- Ability to analyze market data, develop sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field (pr fr)
- Good knowledge of the Moroccan market and regional business practices (pre- and French)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring for the development of team members (French preferred)
