Company and Position Description :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager , passionate about SaaS technologies, ready to lead the marketing of HR software in Morocco, develop our client portfolio and contribute to the growth of the company. You are part of the group's senior management team.

Main missions:

  • Deploy the sales strategy at the national level and define ambitious sales objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting (inbound leads and hunting), demonstrations, negotiation, closing.
  • Qualify leads and analyze customer needs to offer personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure an excellent post-sales customer transition.
  • Track sales KPIs via a CRM tool (such as Hubspot) and produce regular reports.
  • Represent the brand at professional events, trade fairs and customer meetings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Supervise, coach and develop the skills of a sales team.
Profile

Formation :

  • Bac+4/5 in commerce, marketing, management or equivalent.

Exp rience :

  • Minimum 4-5 years in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS, HR Tech or digital solution environment, with strong exposure to sectors such as catering, hospitality, retail or private healthcare. Startup experience is a plus.
