Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
- Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
- Negotiating sales deals and closing sales.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
- Create social media marketing strategies.
- Participate in local and international property road shows and events.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
- Prior experience working in Real Estate, High End Luxury Automotive , High End brands.
- Experience in selling off-plan residential units.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
