Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
  • Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiating sales deals and closing sales.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
  • Create social media marketing strategies.
  • Participate in local and international property road shows and events.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
  • Prior experience working in Real Estate, High End Luxury Automotive , High End brands.
  • Experience in selling off-plan residential units.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals.
