Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Sales Manager for a dynamic and growing gym and wellness facility in Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and driven professional with a passion for fitness, health, and lifestyle to lead a sales team and build brand presence in a rapidly evolving market.
Position: Sales Manager Gym & Wellness
Salary Package: QAR 6,000 QAR 8,000 (based on experience)
This role combines sales expertise with public relations strategies to enhance brand presence and drive revenue in the thriving wellness and fitness sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in health and lifestyle, coupled with strong leadership and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the gym and wellness space.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to increase brand visibility and grow the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Lead and manage promotional campaigns and public relations efforts to enhance the brand s image and market reach.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
- Track, analyze, and present sales reports, KPIs, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales management within the wellness, sports, or hospitality industries.
- Strong background in revenue-driven strategy planning and execution.
- Excellent team leadership and motivational skills to guide a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a broad client base and community partners.
- Familiarity with public relations and promotional campaign management.
- Analytical and performance-driven, with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
