Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the PEB and steel construction market. • Generate and manage sales leads through client visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. • Collaborate with the estimating and design teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals. • Present technical solutions and product benefits to clients. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the region. • Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction during pre- and post-sales stages. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in sales/business development within the PEB / steel structure industry. • Strong knowledge of PEB systems, structural steel fabrication, and erection processes. • Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Valid GCC driving license preferred. • Key Competencies • Technical Knowledge in PEB & Steel Structures • Business Development & Market Awareness • Client Relationship Management • Negotiation & Closing Skills • Strategic Planning & Goal Orientation • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills • Commitment to Integrity, Quality & Customer Satisfaction
