Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Public Sector and other strategic industries, including Oil & Gas and Telecommunications.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, and support) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on managing large deals within the Public Sector.
  • Experience with customers in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunication industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong professional network and established relationships across targeted industries, including government agencies and entities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset.
  • 5 7 years of relevant industry experience. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are essential.


Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
