strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>
- strong>Revenue Generation:/strong> Identify and close new business opportunities across our core service lines (Business Process Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and Finance & Accounting).
- strong>Strategic Consultative Selling:/strong> Understand client pain points and architect bespoke outsourcing solutions that drive ROI and efficiency.
- strong>Market Expansion:/strong> Proactively build a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects through own solid connections, networking, social selling, and industry events.
- strong>Stakeholder Management:/strong> Navigate complex buying committees, engaging with C-Suite executives (CXOs, CIOs , CHROs and CFOs) to align our services with their business goals.
- strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:/strong> Work closely with our operations and solutions teams to ensure seamless transitions from "sold" to "delivered."

Desired Candidate Profile
strong>What Were Looking For/strong>
- strong>Experience:/strong> 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the strong>Outsourcing/BPO/Managed Services/strong> industry. With minimum 3 years in KSA market
- strong>Connections: /strong>Solid and active high level contacts in the said country/region within various industry domains demanding our services
- strong>Versatility:/strong> Proven track record of selling across multiple domains (BPO, HR, IT and Finance).
- strong>The "Hunter" Mindset:/strong> A self-starter who is energized by cold outreach and building a territory from the ground up.
- strong>Communication:/strong> Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex service-level agreements (SLAs).
- strong>Global Perspective:/strong> Experience working with international markets and understanding offshore/nearshore delivery models is a must.
- strong>Location: /strong>To be located in KSA for the past 3 years minimum is a must
- strong>Language :/strong> Fluent in both Arabic and English languages
- strong>Nationality :/strong> Arab nations nationality
