Roles & Responsibilities

This role is focused on winning new business, growing key accounts, and positioning end-to-end outsourcing solutions across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across target markets and sectors
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and deal closure
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and operations teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Position CX transformation, outsourcing models, and digital solutions in a consultative manner
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support account growth
