About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier of high-performance protective coatings, is entering a strategic growth phase in collaboration with a leading global paint company. As part of this expansion, they are looking to onboard a high-caliber Sales Manager to drive market penetration across the GCC, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
Mandate
This is a frontline revenue-generating role responsible for driving sales of industrial coating solutions across Oil & Gas, infrastructure, and heavy industrial segments. The role demands a professional with strong industry connects, especially with EPC contractors and marquee clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales and business development for industrial coatings (Epoxy, PU, Tank Linings, Protective Systems)
- Build and expand relationships with key accounts including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major EPC contractors
- Actively pursue and secure large-scale project-based business opportunities
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies across KSA and the GCC
- Drive revenue growth in line with aggressive business targets
- Liaise with technical teams to position the right coating solutions for client requirements
- Track competitor movements, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
- Represent the organization in client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums

- Consistent achievement of sales targets
- Successful onboarding of key strategic accounts
- Strong pipeline of projects across Oil & Gas and infrastructure sectors
- Increased brand presence and market share in KSA/GCC
Compensation

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 15 years of experience in industrial / protective coatings sales
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas and EPC project sales
- Demonstrated success in handling large accounts such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or Tier-1 EPC contractors
- Solid understanding of coating systems: Epoxy, Polyurethane (PU), Tank Linings, Anti-corrosion systems
- Prior GCC / KSA market experience is strongly preferred
- Existing network within the regional industrial ecosystem will be a significant advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and deal-closing capability
Selection Guidelines
- Candidates must be currently working with industrial coatings / paint companies
- Profiles without Oil & Gas / EPC exposure will not be considered
- Preference will be given to candidates with immediate or short notice availability in GCC
