Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end sales strategies for IT services across international markets.
  • Own and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Attend discovery calls, client meetings, and demos; convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the lead generation team; optimize their output.
  • Engage in strategic cold calling or follow-ups when not attending meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts.
  • Continuously improve and refine sales processes, scripts, and follow-up workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align customer needs with service offerings.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales with an IT solutions company.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in closing deals for services such as:

1. Web & Mobile App Development

2. CRM/ERP Implementation

3. AI/ML and Automation Solutions

4. Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure

  • Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with sales CRMs tools, pipelines, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time across global time zones, and meet sales targets.
