Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategies that align with our company's growth objectives. You will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they achieve their sales targets and maintain excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market trends. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities in the industry.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all sales team members meet or exceed their performance metrics.
  • Provide training and mentorship to develop sales team skills and potential.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for new sales team members.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions.
