Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Experience in IT/software product sales, and specifically in field sales within the UAE.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Clients have handled in the UAE (SMBs, large enterprises, government, healthcare, BFSI, etc.)

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • IT products or software solutions have sold here (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, hardware).

4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement business development plans in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Experienced professional working in the UAE region.

Candidate should be experienced in IT.

UAE DL is Mandatory.
