Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for events and technical production services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events industry, including corporate, entertainment, and public events.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest technologies in event production.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the events industry with a strong understanding of events production and technical services.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Arabic. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
  • Must possess a UAE driving license and have a car for travel to client meetings and events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event sales, particularly in events production and technical services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
